Vidrio Laminado Flotado
Float laminated glass is produced from two or more thoroughly cleaned panels in which one or more polyvinyl butyral (PVB) are mounted to each other in a clean room. The interlayer is then pre-reinforced to about during the rolling process. Float laminated glass was then heated at 200 degree C and then placed in an autoclave, heated to about 130 degree C and at a pressure of 10 bar.
1. Extremely high safety: The PVB interlayer withstands penetration from impact. Even if the glass cracks, splinters will adhere to the interlayer and not scatter. In comparison with other kinds of glass, laminated glass has much higher strength to resist shock, burglary, burst and bullets.
